Experienced Home Inspectors and Commercial Property Inspectors
Over the past 30 years we at Jack Reilly Associates, Inc. have performed more than 17,000 home inspections and commercial property inspections. Several thousand of our customers were pleased enough to call us back when they bought their next home or commercial property. Few home inspections anywhere can boast a higher client satisfaction rate than ours.
A home inspection by Jack Reilly Asociates, Inc. is detailed and accurate. According to Jack Reilly, our president, a home inspection should give home buyers a “crash course” in how to live in and maintain their biggest investment — their home.
Whether is it learning how to keep a basement dry or having a good idea of when you will need to pay for a new roof or hot water heater, a home inspection by Jack Reilly Associates, Inc. will make you a smarter home owner and help you avoid unnecessary costs.
It will also help you enjoy your home more, as you learn to anticipate needed repairs and avoid nasty surprises.
In Maryland it is legal for home inspectors to limit their liability to the cost of the inspection. Although we offer such inspections, we are one of the few companies that offers an inspection for a reasonable fee in which we accept liability for errors and omissions under the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
For home inspections we strongly believe that our clients deserve more than a list of defects. All of our home inspections are videotaped and mailed to our clients as DVDs. Equipped with this video you can review technical information and discussions that took place during the inspection a year or so later. If you have only a written report, it is likely to be filled with a lot of jargon like “sill cock,” “ridge pole,” or “Flemish bond” — terms that might not mean much if you do not have an image in front of you.
We provide the same detailed service for commercial inspections.
