		<description><![CDATA[Hi Ann,  It is usually best &quot;set it and forget it&quot; as your outdoor air-to-air compressor does not have to work as hard in the cool of the evening as it does when daytime temperatures are rising.  If you live in an area of the country like ours, where we experince two to four 100F degree days this year, you will experience heat gain with your compressor running continuously. For this reason we usually set our thermostat down 4 degrees at night and reset to a higher temperature as late in the morning as possible.]]></description>
